| buy protected hoses, but to replace just the hosing inside the sleeve, you'll need to use metric sized hose -- 5/16 auto store FI hosing won't fit. - You should also think about getting new hose clamps too. Be sure to re-tighten all the clamps a few times/days after the job is done. Hoses compress and clamps will loosen. - When I re-install the FPR and Damper after a job like this -- I use a few washers (as spacers) to raise them up a bit from the plenum. It gives a little extra room to get tools (driver or socket) on the clamps underneath. Just be sure to cut the hose underneath the FPR a little longer than the old one to allow for the washers. - You don't need to pull the plenum to replace the hose under the throttle pulleys -- check the AutoFAQ section for a How-To (I wrote it)... Have fun.
